Submission of applications
Open to all service providers, destinations, event organisers and CSR/QCV managers, whether participating in the event or not.
Applications will be approved according to the criteria for each category.
Application date to be announced.

Grand Oral
This will be held on November 25th in Lyon, at the show.
The jury will deliberate and determine the winners.
A presentation file and a scoring grid will be sent out.

Awards ceremony
The awards will be presented during the gala evening on November 25th, in the presence of 350 players from the events and CSR sectors.
